Moneytree Realty is looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage employee lifecycle activities, recruitment coordination, HR processes, documentation, and daily HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment support, attendance management, and HR documentation with strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
- Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee information.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and operational MIS.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Assist in improving HR workflows and employee experience.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Executive role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with HR documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in real estate, sales-driven, or fast-paced organizations will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and execution abilities.
