HR Manager TRUE ARTIS

Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles.

- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.

- Maintain attendance, leaves and payroll inputs.

- Handle employee engagement, performance management and HR policies.

- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.

- Work closely with founders and business leaders on manpower planning.

- Take ownership of multiple responsibilities as the company expands.

Candidate Profile

- min 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.

- Solid communication and people-management skills.

- Hands-on, organised and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup.

- Healthcare or multi-location business experience preferred.
