Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Manager role based in Bengaluru, focused on the Real Estate & Construction vertical, with a salary range of ₹70,000–₹75,000 Gross per month. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation for project and corporate teams. Daily responsibilities include partnering with site and office leadership on workforce planning, managing attendance and payroll inputs, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role will also involve designing HR processes tailored to construction and real estate projects, coordinating training and development initiatives,



and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR domains such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation relevant to on-site and project-based teams.
- Skills in payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR data reporting to support accurate and timely HR operations.
- Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and leadership.
- Capability to design and implement training, development, and health & safety awareness programs tailored to construction and real estate environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in a fast-paced, on-site setting; familiarity with boutique or lifestyle realty brands is a plus.
- Comfort with HR software and MS Office tools, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
