Role Description

We are looking for an HR Manager who can independently manage and lead the complete HR function - from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who can work closely with business leaders and managers, understand organisational requirements, take ownership of people-related decisions, and build HR processes that improve employee experience and business performance.

Qualifications

- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with demonstrated ownership of core HR functions.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws,



and compliance requirements relevant to India, with the ability to implement fair and consistent practices.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, reporting, HRIS tools, and using data to inform people decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of HRMS/HRIS and MS Office.
- Skills in organizational development, change management, and designing engagement and retention initiatives.
- Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound HR decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, or service industry will be an advantage.
