Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat

Reporting To: [Director / General Manager]

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and social compliance audits. The role ensures a compliant, motivated, and productive workforce aligned with company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and training programs.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
- Ensure all documentation, policies, and practices comply with labor laws, health & safety standards,



and buyer code of conduct.
- Liaise with auditors, buyers, and internal teams during audit processes and implement corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws & social compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
