Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee files, attendance and HR documentation.
- Coordinate workforce planning for office, sales and manufacturing-support roles.
- Support employee engagement, training, performance follow-up and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR policies, statutory records and internal reporting.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive and disciplined workplace.
What we are looking for
- Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations and employee coordination.
- Strong communication, confidentiality and documentation skills.
- Manufacturing or operations HR experience is an advantage.
