Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle recruitment for software developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and other IT roles.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee confirmation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Prepare appointment letters, salary revision letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.

3. HR Operations & Policies

- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with IT industry standards.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain HR reports, employee data, and monthly HR dashboards.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

- Coordinate performance appraisals and KPI reviews.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

5. Payroll & Compliance Coordination





- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the accounts team.
- Manage salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and attendance inputs.
- Assist with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements, as applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Robust knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, recruitment portals, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
- Strong problem-solving and employee management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
