Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage bulk hiring processes for non-IT roles, ensuring timely delivery of talent to meet business requirements.

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and development within the organization.

- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development programs, and statutory compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them through proactive sourcing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 10-16 years of experience in Human Resource Management with expertise in non-IT recruitment of SCM, Sales, Procurement.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment (bulk hiring in a month) with high accuracy rates.

- Strong understanding of SCM principles and ability to apply them effectively in an HR context.

- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques for identifying recent sources of candidates.
