Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager Head to manage and oversee the complete HR operations of our Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, employer,employee relations and maintaining a positive work setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct interviews and manage joining & onboarding formalities.
- Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll processing.
- EPF,ESI Professional Tax and other Statutory Compliances.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and employee relations.
- Monitor employee performance and in all disciplinary matters and identify the key points for appraisal .
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Hospital HR requirements.
- Manage employee exit with and full and final formalities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and records.

Requirements:

- MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience in the Hospital /Healthcare Sector.
- Strong knowledge of EPF,ESI and labour law compliance.
- Good communication,interpersonal rational thinking and team - management skills.

Ability to independently manage HR Operations in a Hospital Environment.
