About the Role

College Guru is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations and support the growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, performance management, and organizational development.

The role requires a skilled who can build and improve HR systems, streamline processes, manage the employee lifecycle, and work closely with management and employees.

Candidates with experience in the Education / EdTech sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, training, and development activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including KRA/KPI frameworks.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Set up, improve, and maintain HR systems and operational processes.
- Implement and manage HRMS software effectively.
- Support statutory compliance activities, including PF and ESI.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, team-building activities,



and employee initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant HR insights to management.
- Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Assist in building teams and strengthening HR processes as the organization grows.

Requirements
- MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Education / EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Experience in HR policy implementation and process development.
- Experience with HRMS implementation and management is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in KRA/KPI and performance management is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
