Experience: 3–6 years

Qualification: MBA – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Ensure effective HR policies and processes
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Support performance management and employee development
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations

Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, effective, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
- Experience in the construction or related industry will be an advantage

Immediate Joiners Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
