Position: HR Manager

Industry: FMCG / Food Industry

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: 30,000 50,000 per month

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll and employee relations.
- Handle HR statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, Skilled Tax, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Bonus and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and statutory registers/returns.
- Handle disciplinary matters, warnings, grievance handling and performance management.
- Coordinate employee welfare, training, induction and HR administration.
- Liaise with statutory authorities, consultants and government departments when required.

Eligibility:

- PostGraduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 510 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR practices.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Male Candidates Preferred.
