We are looking for an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to head our HR, Talent Acquisition, and Factory HR Operations at Cloudology Kitchenlabs Private Limited. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions within a manufacturing/production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Manage factory HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the right talent across departments
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Ensure timely statutory compliance - PF, ESI,



labor audits, etc.

Requirements: Field Details Experience Minimum 10+ years (Experienced Only) Industry Manufacturing Production Minimum Education Post Graduate

Compensation Benefits:

- Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per month
- Pay Type: Fixed Only
