The candidate will be responsible for strengthening and professionalising the HR function at Jalan Builders through:
- Implementation of new HR policies and processes.
- HR SOP creation and implementation.
- Structured attendance and leave systems.
- Improved onboarding and exit processes.
- Performance appraisal/KPI systems.
- Employee communication systems.
- HR dashboards and MIS.
- Consistent implementation of company policies.
Quarterly HR Meetings
- Organise and coordinate Quarterly HR Meetings.
- Prepare HR reports and employee MIS.
- Review attendance, recruitment, attrition, performance and employee issues.
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-up with department heads.
Office & Work Standards

Candidate Profile

- Strong in PF, ESI, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Comfortable with EPF/ECR calculations and processes.
- Good with MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR MIS.
- Strong in documentation and record keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature and discreet when handling confidential matters.
- Firm but approachable with employees.
- Strong in follow-up and execution.
- Process-oriented and capable of implementing new HR systems.
- Comfortable coordinating meetings and presenting HR reports.

Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience
relevant HR experience** preferred, particularly candidates who have independently handled HR operations, PF/ESI, payroll and employee engagement. Pay: ₹15,000.38 - ₹22,000.29 per month
