70% — RECRUITMENT

End-to-end hiring for Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM & Corporate roles

Sourcing, screening, interviewing & selection

Building a solid and active talent pipeline

Bulk hiring and immediate-joiner hiring

Offer, onboarding & joining coordination

30% — HR OPERATIONS

- Attendance, leave & employee records
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- HR MIS & reporting




- HR documentation & compliance coordination
- Support management in people-related matters

We’re looking for someone who is:

Strong in recruitment

Confident in handling sales hiring

Good at stakeholder & employee management

Fast, organised & result-oriented

Preferably experienced in real estate hiring
