Role Description The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for all staff at ABC Sports Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site role based in Jona Pur will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support a positive, inclusive work environment for a diverse workforce.

Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, coordinating training and development initiatives, managing payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance, and addressing employee relations matters. The HR Manager will also maintain accurate HR records and reports, drive engagement and retention programs, and support organizational development in line with the company’s growth in the sports event management industry.

- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, facilitation of learning programs, and coaching managers on HR best practices.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role in event management, sports, or related industries is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Jona Pur, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and use HRIS and MS Office tools effectively.
