Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Performance Management System (PMS) and KRA/KPI across departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook.
- Establish employee grading, job evaluation, and role mapping frameworks.
- Develop Job Descriptions, organization structures, competency frameworks, and career paths.
- Manage PMS cycles, appraisals, performance reviews, and HR analytics.
- Drive HRMS implementation and HR process standardization.
- Support management on employee development, engagement, and HR strategy.

Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.




- 8–12+ years of HR experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in PMS, KRA/KPI, grading & mapping, policy making, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Marine/Shipping/Dredging/Engineering/Manufacturing experience preferred.
