- Culture Building - shaping what it feels like to work here, and what it looks like to the outside world as Smile's name grows in the talent market.
- Performance Management - owning the full cycle: goal-setting, reviews, feedback. Coaching managers to have performance conversations that actually land.
- Learning & Development - spotting the gaps before they become bottlenecks, and building what closes them.
- Compensation & Advantages - owning the structure: benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits administration and keeping the offering sharp as the business scales.
