Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at our Ghansoli Factory. This role offers hands-on experience across factory operations, workforce management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a quick-paced retail & manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for factory workforce, retail store staff, and administrative roles via job boards, local hiring channels, and references.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate visits at the Ghansoli site, and maintain the candidate database.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Help manage line worker and staff documentation, collect joining forms, issue ID cards, and organize employee personal files.
- Attendance & Shift Tracking: Assist the HR team in monitoring daily factory attendance, shift rosters, overtime records,



and leave management.
- Employee Engagement & Operations: Support floor management with employee welfare activities, resolve basic floor queries, and assist in executing workplace culture initiatives.
- HR Generalist Support: Help prepare daily/monthly HR reports, audit compliance logs, and support general administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or related fields.

- Skills:
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
- Good organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Availability: Willing to work on-site at our Ghansoli Factory location, 6 days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
