We are looking for an IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified technology professionals for client requirements. The role involves understanding technical job requirements, identifying suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good knowledge of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment while managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
