Key Responsibilities

- Screen applications and resumes.

- Schedule interviews for teaching and non-teaching staff.

- Maintain records of candidates and interview results.

- Help recent employees complete joining formalities.

- Collect and verify required documents.

- Assist with orientation and introduction to academy policies.

- Maintain employee files and personal information.

- Update attendance, leave, and other HR records.

- Ensure documents are properly organized and confidential.

- Monitor staff attendance.

- Record leave requests and approvals.

- Assist in preparing attendance reports.

- Collect attendance and leave information required for salary processing.

- Assist the HR/accounts team with payroll-related documentation.

- Maintain salary-related records.

- Help organize training sessions and workshops for teachers and staff.

- Coordinate schedules, venues, and training materials.





- Collect feedback from participants.

- Assist in organizing staff meetings, events, celebrations, and team-building activities.

- Help conduct employee feedback or satisfaction surveys.

- Prepare HR letters, notices, reports, and other documents.

- Respond to routine employee queries.

- Coordinate between HR, management, teachers, and administrative staff.

- Help communicate academy rules and HR policies to employees.

- Maintain required HR documentation.

- Support the HR team in following applicable employment and workplace regulations.

- Assist in collecting performance-related information.

- Help coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.

- Maintain performance evaluation records.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
