Role Overview
We're looking for an HR Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. You'll get hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting of-
fer rollouts. This is a great chance to build a strong foundation in TA/recruitment within a dy-
namic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds.
¢Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
¢Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate status.
¢Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
¢Support offer letter generation and pre-onboarding formalities.
¢Assist in employer branding and campus/internship hiring initiatives.
