Role Overview
You will be assisting and working on live leadership hiring mandates across: Facilities Management (FM), Real Esate, Financial services, Corporate & Industrial Services, manufacturing etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research & talent mapping for senior roles
- Identify and approach relevant candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Assist in screening and evaluating candidates
- Prepare candidate summaries and reports for clients
- Work closely with senior consultants on live mandates
- Take ownership of specific hiring assignments over time
