Role Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern to manage end-to-end recruitment from provided leads. The role includes sourcing, screening, CRM updates, follow-ups, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
- Conduct interviews and assess fit
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Schedule meetings and resolve queries

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
