- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Work on BFSI / Stock Broking recruitment and understand end-to-end hiring.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment and placement targets.
Eligibility
- Graduation completed / MBA HR completed.
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation/MBA are not eligible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own laptop and stable internet required.
- Willingness to work in recruitment environment.
Internship Structure
? Stipend: Performance-based
? Placement Incentive: ₹3,500 per successful placement
? Performance incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on results
