Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Assist with recruitment, job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination

- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee documentation

- Prepare HR letters, reports, and other HR documents

- Support employee engagement and HR activities

Project Coordination

- Assist in coordinating project activities and timelines

- Follow up with internal teams regarding project updates and requirements

- Maintain project trackers and status reports

- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project-related communication

- Support management with project coordination and follow-ups

Documentation & Administration

- Maintain project and HR-related files and records

- Prepare, organize, and update documents and reports





- Ensure proper filing and document control

- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents

- Support day-to-day administrative activities

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel

- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Pay: ₹4,086.00 - ₹6,000.30 per month
