We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our Chennai team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Operations.

What You’ll Work On

Talent Acquisition — Support candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting across different roles

Recruitment Coordination — Coordinate candidate communication, interviews and follow-ups throughout the hiring process

Candidate Management — Maintain candidate records, interview feedback and recruitment trackers

Employee Engagement — Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives

HR Operations — Assist with day-to-day HR processes, documentation and coordination

HR Support — Work with the HR team on hiring activities, reporting and other people-related initiatives

Chennai | In office / Hybrid 3 Months | Monthly Stipend
