RHG is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with different teams for HR-related requirements.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain databases.
- Handle employee and candidate information with confidentiality.
- Learn and support various HR processes under the guidance of the HR team.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration,



Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
