PrintMine is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide practical exposure to day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and workplace management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities, quizzes, and internal initiatives.
- Help communicate and implement company policies and HR procedures.
- Support the HR team in maintaining workplace discipline and professional standards.
- Assist with basic HR reports, data entry, and Excel/Google Sheets work.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in HR,
Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in HR are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Candidates who can work full-time on-site are preferred.
