As an early-stage company, we are building our teams, processes, and culture from the ground up. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, people management, and HR operations.

Role Overview The HR Intern will work closely with the Human Resources & Management Team and assist in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening.
- Post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Search for and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and processes.




- Conduct research on HR practices relevant to startups and growing organisations.
- Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment analytics.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), , B.A., B.Sc., or another relevant degree.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates professionally.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is not mandatory.
