About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee management activities.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Employee Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the concerned team.

Maintain and update candidate and employee records.

Assist with joining formalities and employee documentation.

Support the HR team in preparing reports and maintaining HR data.

Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good organizational and coordination skills.
