About the Role

Incquet Solutions, a Zoho Premium Partner agency, is looking for a sharp, highly communicative HR intern to own hiring execution and help build out our HR foundations. This isn't a shadowing role — you'll independently run full-cycle hiring across a real pipeline of roles, from interns to senior/lead engineering positions, and get real ownership over documentation and process from day one. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand our work, our culture, and what "the right fit" looks like for each role — and represent that accurately to every candidate you talk to, whether they're a fresher or a senior tech lead.

What You'll Do

Hiring & Recruitment

- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across current open roles ranging from Jr to Sr Profiles
- Conduct initial screening calls — assess communication, basic technical fit, and role alignment
- Coordinate interview scheduling with the tech team and ensure timely candidate follow-up
- Post and manage job openings across relevant platforms
- Own the applicant pipeline end-to-end — no candidate left waiting or unresponded to

Onboarding & Documentation
- Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and send NDAs for e-signature
- Run onboarding formalities for new hires
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records

Appraisals & Employee Communication
- Support performance appraisal cycles — scheduling reviews, compiling feedback




- Generate appraisal documents and communicate bonus/compensation revisions to employees

HR Standardization
- Help build and standardize HR documentation templates (offer letters, NDAs, appraisal formats, policies)
- Identify gaps in current HR process and propose fixes
- Support basic HR compliance and policy documentation

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- MBA-HR (or equivalent) — final year or recent graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication — you'll represent the company on every call
- Sharp, committed, and able to work independently once briefed
- Genuine interest in tech/software teams — comfortable learning basic fullstack/tech terminology to evaluate candidate fit and speak credibly with applicants
- Comfortable coordinating hiring across levels — from interns to senior/lead engineering roles — and adjusting screening approach accordingly
- Based near Hinjewadi Phase 2 or able to commute daily

Good to Have

- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment/HR coordination
- Exposure to HR documentation or HRMS tools
