Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations.



The role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

· Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes

· Support onboarding and induction activities for current joiners

· Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

· Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

· Support HR team in various ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements:

· Basic understanding of HR functions, especially recruitment

· Robust communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
