Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.




- Support the HR team in other talent acquisition and HR-related activities.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
