Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.

- Understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.





- Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, and culture fit.

- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.

- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear candidate-client communication.

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable Wi-Fi and laptop setup for remote work.

- Independent and self-motivated with valuable time management.
