Source and screen candidates through various platforms.Shortlist candidates according to job requirements.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.Research companies and identify potential hiring opportunities.Support company tie-ups and client coordination.Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.Follow up with candidates and clients.Assist the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
EligibilityGraduate or pursuing graduation in any stream. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Robust interest in HR and recruitment. Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
