Working Days: Monday to Friday

### Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Apna, Job Hai, Cutshort and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Work on internal hiring as well as client requirements
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance and HR records
- Assist with Offer Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters and other HR documentation
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship/fresher hiring
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
### Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment
- Freshers with relevant HR/Recruitment internship experience are welcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
