Develop and implement effective HR policies and processes
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple locations
Manage employee engagement, retention and performance management
Work closely with senior leadership on people-related initiatives
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team
Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple cities.
Key Criteria
- Master’s Degree / Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
- Strong experience in manpower planning
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and compliance
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Experience in handling HR operations across multiple cities/locations
- Robust communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage and lead the HR function
Industry Preference Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Automobile or Banking sector preferred.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
