Job Title: Senior HR Head / HR Manager

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 CTC per month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Head / HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for the JAES 108 project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR Operations including employee joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end Payroll Management including attendance inputs, salary processing, PF, ESI, deductions, incentives, arrears and Full & Final Settlement.
- Manage Statutory & Labour Law Compliance including PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, working hours, leave and applicable labour compliances.
- Maintain statutory records, employee documentation and ensure compliance readiness for audits and inspections.
- Handle Employee Grievances, Employee Relations, workplace issues, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift/roster and manpower deployment for field/project employees.
- Manage HRMS/HR1 including employee master data, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR records.
- Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment including bulk hiring, screening, interviews, selection, onboarding and joining.
- Monitor headcount, attrition, absenteeism, vacancies and manpower requirements.
- Handle probation, confirmation, performance management and employee documentation.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and company rules across project locations.




- Handle disciplinary processes including warning letters, show-cause notices and related documentation.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement, exit interviews, clearance and relieving/experience documentation.
- Ensure POSH compliance and support employee awareness and complaint-handling processes.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports covering headcount, recruitment, attendance, payroll, attrition, grievances and compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Project Management and Senior Management for all HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies and relevant authorities regarding labour and compliance matters.
- Lead and supervise the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll records.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HR Operations exposure.
- Practical knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Grievance Handling and Employee Relations.
- Experience handling large-scale or field-based/multi-location workforce preferred.
- Good knowledge of HRMS/HR1, MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete HR operations and coordinate with senior management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
