A leading international school A leading international school is looking to appoint an experienced

Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, professional development, and staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the school’s HR strategy in alignment with organisational objectives.

- Advise school leadership on people management, workforce planning, and HR matters.

- Lead recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.

- Build talent pipelines for teaching and non-teaching positions.

- Manage employee policies covering leave, attendance, compensation, performance, conduct, equality, and diversity.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment laws in India.

- Oversee performance appraisal, employee engagement, staff welfare, and workplace culture.

- Maintain employee records, HR databases, contracts, and personnel documentation.

- Drive digitisation and process improvements across HR operations.





- Lead professional development initiatives in collaboration with academic leadership.

- Support health, safety, employee wellness, safeguarding, and workplace conduct initiatives.

- Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to school leadership.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA in HR from a recognised institute or university.

Experience

- Minimum 15 years of overall HR experience.
