Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function of our real estate developer firm. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and building a productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business goals. Lead end-to-end recruitment for over all positions in Organisation. Manage manpower planning, onboarding, induction, and employee retention. Develop and monitor employee performance appraisal and KPI systems. Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records. Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters,



and workplace issues. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Prepare HR MIS reports, attrition reports, and manpower dashboards. Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture. Solid knowledge of recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in hiring sales and telesales teams is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting tools.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
