We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team and manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting a positive employee experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR Operations &
- Employee Lifecycle

- Handle recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities

- Manage attendance, leave &

- HRMS

- Coordinate payroll inputs & employee documentation

- Support performance management & appraisal processes

- Drive employee engagement &

- HR initiatives

- Handle employee queries and grievance management

- Prepare HR MIS & reports

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations

- Experience in the IT/Software industry preferred

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Valuable knowledge of HRMS &
- MS Excel

- Strong coordination and documentation skills

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
