- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR databases.
- Handle payroll inputs, salary-related coordination and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling and HR policies.
- Coordinate performance management, confirmations, transfers and exits.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and monthly HR dashboards.
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, security and facility-related activities.
- Coordinate vendor management, office supplies, maintenance and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and maintaining a positive workplace setting
