Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy and policies in line with business objectives.

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exits.

- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for critical and leadership positions.

- Build and maintain a strong performance management system, including KRAs, appraisals, and performance reviews.

- Develop employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.

- Manage compensation, salary structures, increments, incentives, and benefits.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace setting.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.

- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate L&D; programs.

- Provide HR analytics and reports to management for decision-making.

- Manage HR budgets and HR-related costs.

- Lead and mentor the HR team.

- Support organizational restructuring, culture-building,



and change-management initiatives.

- Work closely with department heads and senior management on people-related matters.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Policies.

- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience handling HRMS/HRIS and HR analytics.

- Ability to work closely with senior management and business leaders.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
