Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Payroll & Operations) with 6+ years of expertise in Payroll and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and driving operational excellence. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders while ensuring a high level of employee service.

Roles and Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with high accuracy and within defined timelines.

- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, bonuses, and deductions.

- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams for seamless payroll execution.

HR Operations

- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding,



confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS databases.

- Administer employee documentation including appointment letters, increment letters, promotion letters, and experience certificates.

Employee Support

- Act as the first point of contact for payroll and HR operations queries.

- Provide guidance to employees on payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.

- Support employee engagement activities from an HR operations perspective

Compliance & Statutory

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.

- Coordinate statutory audits and payroll audits.

- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
