We are looking for an experienced CHRO / HR Director / HR Head to lead the complete HR function of a large-scale garment manufacturing organization.

Key Requirements

✅ 20+ years of overall HR experience

✅ 10 years minimum in Textile Manufacturing – Mandatory

✅ Senior HR leadership experience

✅ Robust expertise in end-to-end HR operations & payroll

✅ HR policy development & implementation

✅ Labour compliance, statutory requirements & HR audits

✅ Employee relations, industrial relations & grievance handling

✅ Training,



employee engagement & organizational development

✅ Experience managing large workforce and HR teams
