We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in US Healthcare Recruitment, particularly hiring for Medical Billing, Medical Coding, RCM, and related healthcare functions.

? Key Requirements:• 5–8 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition

- Mandatory experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Hands-on experience hiring Medical Billing & Medical Coding professionals
- Candidates from Medical Billing, Medical Coding, RCM, or US Healthcare organizations preferred
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management & onboarding
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals & other sourcing channels
- Valuable understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver within timelines
- Chennai-based candidates preferred

? Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare requirements
- Build talent pipelines across Medical Billing, Medical Coding, RCM & related functions
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate/hiring stakeholder follow-ups
- Support offer rollout, onboarding, documentation & joining formalities
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Support HR operations, employee engagement & employee lifecycle activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring requirements
