Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth startup environments. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment, drive employee engagement, manage day-to-day HR operations, and foster an inclusive, high-ownership company culture.

What You'll Do

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, product, marketing, and operational roles, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers.
- Employee Onboarding & • Offboarding:

Design and facilitate smooth onboarding workflows to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the team and culture.
- HR Operations & • Administration:

Manage employment contracts, leave management, attendance tracking, and accurate employee record-keeping.
- Employee Relations & • Culture:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and organize engagement activities to maintain team morale.
- Performance & • Feedback:

Assist leadership in facilitating regular performance check-ins, continuous feedback loops, and goal setting across departments.
- Compliance & • Policy Management:

Develop, maintain, and update company policies and handbooks to ensure compliance with local labor standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3+ years of professional experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in a quick-paced tech startup.
- Proven track record of hiring top talent across technical and non-technical disciplines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
- Strong working knowledge of local employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern workplace collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion).
- High empathy, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently, take complete ownership, and execute quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Good to Have

- Prior experience scaling early-stage or seed-funded startup teams.
- Exposure to managing basic payroll processing, leave systems, and statutory benefits.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and social media talent attraction strategies.
- Educational background or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
