Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting techniques.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (preferably in talent acquisition).

- Robust understanding of headhunting principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and negotiation.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
