Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to candidate joining.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.

- Recruit for engineering, manufacturing, projects, production, quality, purchase, stores, design, proposals and other technical positions.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate technical and management interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer releases.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable engineering and manufacturing candidates.

- Conduct joining formalities and support employee onboarding.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance and leave records.

- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

- Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required.





Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, Technical Recruitment or HR Executive roles.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, industrial equipment or project-based companies is preferred.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Experience recruiting engineers, supervisors and managerial positions.

- Good understanding of technical recruitment and candidate screening.

- Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with management and department heads.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
